Ceva is dedicated to helping cats resolve unwanted behaviors and lead happier lives. Ceva’s FELIWAY®products have helped millions of cats around the world with stress-related behavioral issues. While we can provide you with as much advice as possible about the correct use of Ceva’s FELIWAY®pheromone products and how to create an enriched environment, sometimes a medical check with your vet to rule out existing health problems is required, as is seeking the help of a qualified behaviorist. We can advise you when this might be necessary. Ceva 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee

Here at Ceva Animal Health, LLC (“Ceva”), we want you to be happy with any Ceva
product you purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Ceva
product you purchased from Ceva or one of our authorized sellers in the United
States, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of your
purchase price.  This Guarantee is available for all non-prescription pet
product brands listed at www.thundershirt.com/pages/authorized-seller-program.  

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by
unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Ceva 60-Day
Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized
sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also
limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How to Request a Refund

If you are unable to return your
product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please contact our
Product Support team at 800-999-0297 or product-support-us-group@ceva.com
and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your
product.  You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of
your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Ceva in
processing your request.

If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Ceva product and proof of purchase to the address provided by Ceva.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase to
Ceva.

Guarantee Guidelines

Ceva reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where the purchaser has abused the Ceva 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  Ceva may amend
or terminate the Ceva 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
